                               advisory on mercury in freshwater fish.
                               ...(S)ince the statewide advisory encompasses
                               all freshwaters, these water cannot be
                               considered as "fully supporting" the fish
                               consumption use and, therefore, all
                               freshwaters in Massachusetts are listed as
                               303(d) waters with mercury as the associated
                               pollutant/stressor.
